Welcome back. Hope you had a great time off!
Attached for your close review, please find the minutes for all the closed sessions held
Feb 7-9. I combined Barbara’s minutes with your notes and this is the result.
On the first page, minutes for Thursday’s closed session, I have only your notes, nothing
from Barbara. I don’t know if she took any minutes (she might not have arrived yet).
There is some missing info and a point or two that needs clarification, according to your
notes. The closed session minutes don’t show much text prior to a resolution; i.e., no
intro, no detail, just a subject heading. You had mentioned that this could be addressed
later, that it was most important to get the summary down on paper and then worry about
the details later.
The minutes do not show who moved and who seconded resolutions. I don’t know how
necessary it is to show that.
After you review, edit, etc., I will send them to Barbara Winslow for her final review,
then on to Bob Krinsky.
Stay tuned for Open Session minutes (I know you’re waiting with bated breath….).
