An investigation into Antioch College’s 2023 Social Enterprise and Enrollment Plan (SEE Plan) — the eighty-plus-page strategy the Board unanimously endorsed to sell off campus properties as a financial “bridge” and convert seven facilities into revenue-generating “learning hubs.” Its three-year planning window closed in June 2026 having failed on virtually every projected metric, with no successor plan and no public accounting from the administration of what happened.
