Antioch College Corporation’s governing bylaws, adopted effective October 24, 2019 — the operating rules for its Board of Trustees. The Corporation has no members; trustees hold that legal role themselves. The Board is set at 10–25 trustees (18 at adoption), split among Regular Trustees (three-year terms, capped at nine consecutive years), Ex-Officio Trustees (the College President and the Alumni Association President, who serve automatically by virtue of those offices), and one each of a Faculty-, Student-, and Staff-Recommended Trustee. Trustees can be removed by a majority vote of the sitting board, with or without cause. Officers — a Board Chair, President, Secretary, and Treasurer at minimum — are elected annually by the trustees. Amending the Articles of Incorporation or these Regulations requires a two-thirds vote of the authorized trustee count, with written notice at least fifteen days ahead of the meeting.
