PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION PAID, The Huntington National Bank, as Trustee
(“Mortgagee”), whose address is 525 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, Attention: Corporate
Trust, 14″ Floor, releases from the lien of that certain Mortgage (Statutory Form) from Antioch
College Corporation to Mortgagee, dated July 13, 2016, and recorded in Volume 3727, Page 625,
of the Mortgage Records of Greene County, Ohio (the “Mortgage”), that portion of the real
property described in the Mortgage as is described below:
Situate in the Village of Yellow Springs, County of Greene and State of Ohio and being Lot
1 inclusive of Antioch College Corp. Plat as recorded in Plat Cabinet 37, Page 169B-177B as
recorded in the Plat Records of Greene County, Ohio.
Parcel Number: F19-0001-0009-0-0293-00
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that this Partial Release shall not be construed to waive or in
any manner affect or invalidate the lien of the Mortgage on the balance of the property described
therein,
