Minutes of the Nonstop Liberal Arts Institute’s Community Council (ComCil), September 24, 2008. The minutes-approval process for this meeting was itself later disputed at the following meeting over a discrepancy in the recorded vote on Nonstop’s ComCil constituency composition.
