The bylaws of the Antioch College Alumni Association Board of Directors, revised through September 13, 2021 and approved by the Governance Committee and Alumni Board on October 19 and 21, 2023. They govern the selection, terms, responsibilities, meetings, committees, officers, and operations of the Board.
