On October 8, 2010 Brian Springer, on behalf of The Antioch Papers, formally requested that the legal counsel for Antioch University and the Antioch College Continuation Corporation (ACCC) — together with the Greene County Probate Court and the Ohio Attorney General — release the full text of the June 30, 2009 Asset Purchase Agreement transferring assets from Antioch University to the newly-independent ACCC. Cites the public’s right to know and the APA’s use as the basis for the Probate Court’s decision.
