The complete 2010 AAUP Bulletin edition of the investigation into Antioch University and the closing of Antioch College: the Committee on College and University Governance’s prefatory comments followed by the full investigating committee report (first published in Academe, November-December 2009). The prefatory comments frame the governance failures — the expansion into some forty autonomous satellite campuses, the diversion of resources from the core campus, and the collapse of shared governance preceding the 2008 closure.
