An internal strategy memo “For the Alumni Board’s Review,” detailing President Jane Fernandes’ “President’s Initiative” — launched January 2023 to raise $5M by June 30, 2023. More granular than the public fundraising brochure (see the companion brochure): names Advancement Department and Board of Trustees staff, lists President’s Advisory Circle members, and lays out a channel-by-channel donor-outreach plan including a named March 14 Brooklyn donor dinner and target foundations (Mellon, Ford, Luce).
