An email from Antioch College President Mark Roosevelt to the alumni-board list, December 10, 2012 (with a celebratory reply from alumna Shannon Wood the next day), announcing an agreement for the College to purchase the WYSO radio station and the Charles Kettering Building from Antioch University for $8 million — and, critically, to eliminate the “reverter clauses” from the 2009 asset-purchase agreement that would have let the University reclaim the College’s campus and endowment if Antioch failed to regain accreditation by September 2016. Antioch students founded WYSO in 1958. Thirteen years later, the Kettering Building the College fought to secure free and clear is now listed for sale: see the LoopNet and Crexi listings.
