Code of Conduct for Education Loans: The Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 (HEOA) requiresthat institutions participating in the federal student loan programs develop, publish and enforce a code ofconduct regarding student loans. Antioch College code of conduct prohibits a conflict of interest with theresponsibilities of financial aid administrators of the school with the respect of Federal Direct or privateeducation loans. All financial aid administrators with responsibility for loans must be informed annually ofthe provisions of the code. The code of conduct prohibits the following activities:Revenue-sharing arrangements with any lenderReceiving gifts from a lender, a guarantor or a loan servicesContracting arrangement providing financial benefit from any lender or affiliate of a lender

Antioch College Environmental Health &Safety Program
Antioch College is committed to providing a safe and healthy campus environment and furnishing a
workplace that is free from recognized hazards that can cause illness, injury, or death. For the health and
safety of all faculty, staff, students and community members, various health and safety programs have
been developed and implemented in accordance with Federal Occupational Safety and Health
Administration (OSHA) regulations. These programs assist in protecting all Antioch College community
members during their various work functions.
