Antioch College Corporation’s 2014 bylaws. Establishes the corporation as a 501(c)(3) charitable and educational organization, sets its purpose to operate Antioch College on its historic Yellow Springs campus, and lays out the original governance and trustee structure prior to the 2019/2024 restated code.
