John Ronsheim’s Influence on Food Studies — Neil L. Coletta

On March 5, 2010, Neil Coletta, an Antioch College Alum’02, gave a talk at the Nonstop Institute titled Culinary Studies at Antioch College: John Ronsheim’s Influence on Food Studies. Mr. Coletta is the Assistant Director of Programs in Food, Wine & the Arts at Boston University. Mr. Coletta’s presentation explores some of the intersections between this place [Antioch College] and the scholarly study of food – past, present and future.
